The Allandale building is the embodiment of Waterfall’s ethos—superior architectural design, sustainability and environmental awareness. Facing directly onto Allandale Road with direct pedestrian access from Magwa Crescent, the building design makes use of landscaped berms and grand staircases to take up the substantial slope across the site, creating pathways and natural entrances to the building in the process. The building comprises of three basement parking levels and four office levels above ground. With flexible floor plates of ±4 000m², interlinked by a central atrium, this multi-tenanted building is designed around flexibility and customisation. Allandale is already home to clients Centrafin, Eazi Access, Allergan and AE Networks.
